On December 27t, 2021 the minority shareholder FCA Partecipazioni S.p.A. sells to DTR Automotive (which had previously incorporated its subsidiary DTR Corp.) its quota in DTR VMS Italy S.r.l. that, consequently, becomes a sole shareholder company.

On April 4, 2019, the shareholder Magneti Marelli S.p.A., following its exiting from the FCA Group, sells the 40% stake in DTR VMS Italy S.r.l. to FCA Partecipazioni S.p.A. (a company fully owned by FCA Italy S.p.A., in turn controlled by Stellantis N.V.)

Deal closed 31st October 2014 to transfer ownership from C.F. Gomma Holding S.p.A. to DTR Corporation Ltd. (a subsidiary of DTR Automotive Ltd, part of the Korean Group DTR) (60%), and Magneti Marelli (40%). The new company is announced as DTR VMS Italy S.r.l.
